Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, contact LARK Fencing with your order details.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept eligible unused and uninstalled returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in original packaging and resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, cut-to-size, special order, clearance, installed, altered or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if goods arrive damaged or incorrect.
